My name is Kamal Shankla, and I serve as the Treasurer of Aarambh Care Trust. With over 12 years of experience in the corporate world and an academic foundation in business management, I have learned many lessons about leadership, responsibility, and structure. But beyond all that — what truly defines me is my deep-rooted belief in humanity above all.
As the Treasurer, I ensure that every rupee we receive is respected, accounted for, and used with integrity. But beyond the numbers, my job — and my passion — is to make sure our actions create hope, restore dignity, and change lives.

Secretary’s Note

I am humbled and honored to serve as the Secretary of Aarambh Care Trust. My journey has not been easy—but it has shaped the person I am today.
As a child, I stepped into the world of business not out of choice, but out of responsibility. While others my age were playing in parks, I was learning how to balance accounts and run a small business—just to support my family. Every rupee I earned had meaning. Every effort came from a place of duty and love. Those early struggles taught me not just the value of hard work, but the deeper value of empathy.
Today, by God’s grace, I am in a better place in life. And now, I consider it my duty to give back—to the children who are where I once was, to the families who are still fighting to survive, and to every soul that needs a helping hand.
Aarambh Care Trust is not just an organization I work with — it is a mission that resonates with my soul. Together with our founder, team, and volunteers, I am committed to ensuring that every initiative we undertake is rooted in honesty, compassion, and impact.
Whether it is helping educate a child, supporting a girl’s marriage, feeding the poor, or simply being there for someone in need — I believe that when we give with purity, we grow spiritually.
